"The Façade" - by Calambuhay, Gargantiel, Ramirez;
“Honorifica bilitudini tatibus”, to be worthy and to be praised. This is what most of us dreamed of the whole time. But sometimes, we just don’t get the praise, and instead, we try to mimic our wrong decisions in life all the time, which leads us to the point of concealing these mistakes. Concealing the mistake, is another mistake, this won’t allow you to move on from your problems, the more you conceal them, the more you’ll replenish the negativity in your mind that will hold you back from transcendence. That is what the cart of vibrant colors represent, boundaries that keeps someone from success. The painting on the face, which conceals the tears are also relevant. Even the dirt behind the girl, shows how she conceals herself. If only there is acceptance, the girl might be able to see and accept the dirt as a part of her beauty, thus she might notice that behind her imperfections, there is a beautiful flower behind, just waiting for her to realize beautiful she could be. Concealing is not the solution; it is acceptance, confidence, and transcendence from your present state that’ll allow you to flourish. Be yourself.
