Proudly Mendel's: "Media- Themed" Installation Art

Good evening dear Sir Dominic G. Quilantang and to all my viewers in this Imperial Website. We had this very challenging yet fun activity last November 30, 2017. It is the "Media-Themed" Installation Art, inspired from the misuse of different media forms and its diverse effects on its viewers.

REFLECTION:

We were given the task of making an installation art depicting Philippine issues. Well, the most challenging part of the project was the brainstorming. We had to change our concept twice because we almost have the same concepts and ideas as the other classes but fortunately, at God's will, we finally settled on one concept.

Another problem is trying to hide the main concept of our installation art since we were challenged to create this project so that our audience won't get our message at first glance. This is quite difficult because we have conceal our ideas without confusing and sacrificing the understanding of our audience.

And sadly, it seems like issues on our installation art wont dry out, inshort we incountered another problem and that was trying to pick the right objects that should be included in our installation since during the class meeting about it, together with Sir Dom, we forgot that everything has their own representations and significance that's why we can't just put that thing there because we like it. But rather, we should also consider if it fits our concept or not.

Everyone in the class exerted their efforts wholeheartedly to make our installation art as good as possible and also to let the audience bedazzle in our art. Without teamwork, we won't be able to finished the task fortunately the class worked as a team with a goal to finished our installation art.
